Our Story

This website focuses on the end of life. We report news stories where someone passed away, stories about fatal incidents and innocent victims, remarkable people gone too soon, we share death notices and stories of heartbreak, profound loss, unimaginable tragedy, and deep sadness, yes, we do all that.

But this Website is so much more:

“You turn mourning to dancing
You give beauty for ashes
You turn shame into glory
You’re the only One who can
You turn graves into gardens”

Song by Brandon Lake and Elevation Worship

We tell our story, coloured by the different shades of purple of the Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow (Brunfelsia pauciflora):

Yesterday

Yesterday

Through Add a Death Notice, where it may only be a name, we regard every name as dear and ensure it will be etched to be remembered and never forgotten.

Or through Create a Remembrance Page For Your Loved One where we provide you with a page dedicated to your loved one, where you can celebrate who they were and what they did, capture their spirit and preserve their life story.

Today

Today

Compassion is a powerful force. By sharing your memories with the world, people can circle around you to care and grieve together, add their own stories and memories. Connection heals.

We safeguard all these contributions in a dedicated Farewell Letter Box and comment section, where family and the public can add memories and words of condolences.

Tomorrow

Tomorrow

Our ultimate goal is to expand the Three Colours Purple network to create a community driven by compassion, to support individuals and families through challenging times, and to foster hope through our charitable endeavours.

We empower your memories to give hope to someone who may need to be reminded of how precious life is!

We share your stories with the world, and make available a dedicated Farewell Letter Box, a comment section below a Death Notice or Memorial Tribute, where family members, loved ones and the general public can add memories, words of condolences and individual support in various ways.
